Euromec Wins the Slalom Race!
New from Euromec is Slalom, a super-compact, manoeuvrable ride-on sweeper that has a turning circle of 190cm and passes through doorways measuring just 80cm. This allows it to clean indoor and outdoor areas previously only accessible to pedestrian machines. Slalom is a robust, efficient machine that is ideal for cleaning small buildings and warehouses with narrow aisles.
Peter Crewe, Euromec’s Managing Director, is delighted; “Slalom’s agility and compact size will make it a hit with customers. An efficient machine, it cleans over 6050 square metres per hour and is great value for money, providing customers with a swift return on investment. There are various options, including different brush widths and a carpet cleaning kit. This makes Slalom ideal for a wide range of applications.”
The main central brush uses an up-and-over sweeping system to throw dirt and debris into the 50-litre rear-mounted hopper. Single or dual side brushes maximise cleaning efficiency and give Slalom a cleaning width of up to 1100mm. Vacuums mounted above the brushes suck up dust and large filters remove it from the exhausted air, leaving floor surfaces spotlessly clean and the air safe to breathe.
Slalom is electric and runs quietly, without disturbing other employees. This makes it suitable for use during normal working hours. Slalom comes complete with an onboard battery charger and four 6V batteries. A high driving position provides excellent visibility and an adjustable seat keeps operators comfortable, allowing them to work longer and more productively. The steering wheel incorporates the main controls, making Slalom easy to drive and facilitating swift, efficient cleaning.
All Slalom’s components are easily accessible, making it simple and cost effective to maintain. Slalom is an agile, reliable ride-on sweeper, which will be popular with companies that want high performance cleaning from a compact machine.
