Refund and Replacement

We hope that you are satisfied with any product that you purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied, you must telephone us within 7 days of delivery to inform us.

Return of all Items

Please note that we accept the return of items only if they are unopened and in their original condition, or opened and defective. In the case of a defective product, when returning an item please provide a full description of the fault and return the item to us in its original packaging together with all warranty documents, manuals and accessories. For your protection we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We can not accept responsibility for any goods damaged in transit unless this damage is reported in writing within 3 days of receipt, and the goods have been signed for as not examined.

If you return goods that are not faulty, within 7 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund for the price you paid minus the cost of transporting the goods to you and any other charges we have incurred in fulfilling your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Refunds will only be made on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction within 30 days.

Cancellation

You have a right to cancel any purchase within 7 working days of delivery. All cancellations must be made in writing, and any costs incurred to Euromec Contracts Ltd as a result of a cancellation must be paid.

Tax Charges

The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (where applicable) at a rate of 17.5% (VAT No. 876333303) In the event of a UK VAT rate change Euromec Contracts Ltd reserve the right to increase price of products accordingly.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not wait.
